In February 2024, our company received a construction permit for a new premium-class project KING & SONS. The main key feature of the project is a unique panoramic view of Moscow State University and its Botanical Gardens, the Embassy compound and endless parks.

KING & SONS is a 15-storey clubhouse with a closed courtyard in the concept of “mysterious garden”, an exploitable roof on the roof and underground parking in 1 level. The unique architecture of the project was developed by the world-renowned Japanese bureau NIKKEN and represents the “fan-out” concept.

“Our project comprises 117 chamber residences with high ceilings from 3.2 to 4.7 meters and open terraces. All apartments have panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The unique location of the project with direct views of Moscow State University was one of the prerequisites for designng 70% of view apartments with terraces,” said Yuri Kogan, Commercial Director of OCTOBER GROUP.

In the public terrace of the accessible roof there will be areas for outdoor exercises, meditation and relaxation, and the Project courtyard will offer green spaces and a “mysterious garden” with a special place for meetings at an open fire, a playground, areas for sports and recreation will be created. The privacy of the project will be enhanced by the absence of commercial premises, and the well-established infrastructure of the district excludes the construction of new projects in the neighbouring area.

Completion and commissioning of the Project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Tje investments will amount to 4.3 billion rubles. Bank DOM.RF is funding the project.
