New Construction Milestone: Cast-In-Place Concrete Structure Completed for Stories Project on Mosfilmovskaya Street
At the end of May the cast-in-place concrete structure of 99-meter Stories Tower and 40-meter Terrace House was completed. On June 4, 2024, a special ceremony of pouring the last cube of concrete was held with participation of the company’s founders, partners and employees.
The first cubic meter of concrete for the Stories project was poured on July 20, 2023. In less than a year, we have built the cast-in-place concrete structures of both buildings: the 29-storey Stories Tower and the 11-storey Terrace House.
Our residential complex is transforming from an architectural concept into a bright dominant landmark of the Ramenki district before the eyes of our team and clients. By creating such a high-standard and attractive project as the Stories building on Mosfilmovskaya, we are making one of the best cities on earth – Moscow – look more beautiful,” Marina Malovik, a shareholder of OCTOBER GROUP, said in her speech.
The next phase is the cladding of the facades with premium terracotta and installation of glazing. Aluminum sections and insulating glass units from the industry leaders – ALUTECH and AIG. Terracotta panels for cladding work – from the manufacturer of premium clay products Paneltek China.
