October Group, one of the youngest developers in Moscow, was founded in 2020. Our company succeeded in asserting its competencies by implementing several projects in Ramenki. Today the company’s portfolio includes two residential complexes under construction, and in May our third project was launched – a multifunctional complex, including the Musical Theater of the Future, named after Joseph Kobzon, which we are honored to bring to life.
