The First Cubic Meter of Concrete Was Cast in the KING & SONS Project
The development of the first stage of the excavation pit has been completed and the first cube of concrete has been poured into the KING & SONS clubhouse foundation. The sheet-pile enclosure is 60% complete, the stall-set system is 20% installed and the excavation work is 15% complete.
“Construction goes ahead of schedule. It took about 5 months from the receipt of permit documents until the launch of in-situ concrete works,” says Yuri Kogan, Commercial Director of October Group.
KING & SONS is a 15-story premium clubhouse on Mosfilmovskaya Street with direct views of Moscow State University. The architectural concept, from the international bureau NIKKEN, includes 74% of apartments with terraces, sports and children’s areas, a gym for residents only and a terrace with a movie theater on the accessible roof area. The project features 117 premium residences with high ceilings of 3.2 to 4.7 meters and apartments with patios on the 1st floor.
