OCTOBER GROUP will Build a Mixed-Use Complex Comprising the Musical Theater of the Future named after I. Kobzon
The historical Basmanny district on Baumanskaya Street soon will host a unique multifunctional complex with the Kobzon Musical Theater of the Future, which was conceived by the People’s Artist himself. It will be the first such project in Moscow.
Joseph Kobzon’s dream was to create a special space aimed at enlightening and support of cultural advancement, where people can live, work and relax. The idea was approved by the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin, but only now it is possible to realize the idea thanks to the support of the Mayor of Moscow S.S. Sobyanin, the KOBZON Cultural Foundation, the developer OCTOBER GROUP and Bank DOM.RF.
On the area of 59.7 thous. sq. meters the Project will combine the innovative stage with the audience hall, a cultural center with exhibition spaces, studios and classrooms, offices and a shopping gallery. The largest Asian world-class architectural bureaus and a number of reputable Russian studios were involved in the development of the architectural concept of the mixed-use complex.
