The Stories on Mosfilmovskaya Street became the winner in the category “Best Multifamily and Single-Family Housing Project Under Construction” together with other top players in the real estate market.

On April 25, 2024 in Moscow, at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel, Anvar Shamuzafarov, President of the National Association of Surveyors and Designers, Chairman of the Commission, presented awards to the winners of the 10th NOPRIZ International Professional Competition during a ceremony.

Winning this competition, where over 1,400 applications were submitted, demonstrates the high competitiveness of our project. Stories on Mosfilmovskaya Project was presented in partnership with Metropolis, the general designer of the business-class residential complex.

Metropolis has immense experience: more than 20 development projects (over 300 thous. sq. m) have been implemented since 2005, where the company was involved as the developer, technical supervisor, general designer and consultant.

The collaboration of OCTOBER GROUP and Metropolis in the implementation of Stories on Mosfilmovskaya Project led to a bright victory in the competition, and unique competencies and experience in the field of development and construction contributed to this success.
