Marina Malovik talks about leadership, the traits of a successful manager, balance between life and projects, and the specifics of the urban environment in an interview with the Snob business magazine.
“I have come a long way with the biggest construction corporations. Before the creation of October Group, I worked for a long time as a hired top manager, which is in fact the second person in the company, the right hand of the business owner. …But I realized that it was necessary to move forward. Sooner or later, a hired top manager hits the ceiling, when there is nowhere to grow further. The next challenge is to create your own business. This was how October Group, a real estate development company, was incepted in 2020.
