K-CITY gets first stage construction permit
Class A Business Center K-CITY which will be within a five-minute walk of the Baumanskaya metro station, has obtained the construction permit for the first stage. The permit was issued by Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee. The project is implemented in cooperation with the KOBZON Foundation.
The first stage includes the construction of the 18-story tower with wave-shaped facades and panoramic glazing designed by the Nikken Sekkei international architectural firm. The first floor will house the spacious designer lobby with a floor area of 215 sq. m, with waiting areas, conference rooms, as well as stores, cafes and restaurants. The second floor will house bank retail outlets, tour operator offices and other services, as well as a canteen for people working in the complex and its guests. Levels 3 through 18 offer flexible office spaces catering to companies of all sizes, from small spaces with areas of 36 sq. m to large lots with a floor area of 716 sq. m, which, when needed, can be combined into larger spaces of up to 10,000 square meters. The adjacent area and the roof will feature recreation spaces.
The second stage of the Project includes the construction of a futuristic art hub named after Joseph Kobzon with a transformable event space capable of hosting concerts, immersive shows, theater plays, exhibitions, and lectures. The complex will also feature a fitness center and an underground parking garage for the staff.
K-CITY is going to make a significant contribution to the creation of a modern business environment combining premium business infrastructure, designer architecture and entertainment in a single space.
The project is implemented in cooperation with the KOBZON Foundation.
