The KING & SONS and Stories projects on Mosfilm street became finalists of the 16th Urban Awards. It’s one of the most prestigious awards in the industry and a major event in the real estate market.

The premium KING & SONS club house was selected for the finals in the nomination “Best Premium Class Residential Complex under Construction in Moscow”. The project stands out from the competition thanks to its unique architectural style from the NIKKEN international design firm, a record number of terraces per building for a clubhouse type residential project (74% of the total number of units) and Moscow’s only direct view of the Moscow State University high rise.

The Stories complex on Mosfilm Street became the finalist in the Best Lobby nomination. Leading real estate experts have looked into the unique features of the entrance group and its design developed by the Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design firm, inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism, and noted the seamless transition from the carefully landscaped outdoor spaces into the cosy clubhouse style indoor spaces.
