KING & SONS — the best premiere in 2024
The KING & SONS premium clubhouse complex won the Clubhouse Premier of the Year award at the 16th URBAN awards in Moscow, one of the most prestigious awards in the real estate market.
The expert panel named the project the best clubhouse to appear in Moscow’s real estate market in 2024. The KING & SONS complex boasts a premium location in the embassy quarter of Mosfilm Street, Moscow’s only direct view of the Moscow State University campus, unique facades designed by NIKKEN as well as a record number of terraces: 74% of the apartments in the complex have a terrace. An important role was also played by other features of the complex such as a lobby with a winter garden, a private courtyard and lots with patios on the ground floor.
Units in the complex are being purchased by entrepreneurs, corporate shareholders, the nation’s best athletes, which testifies to the high statues and the premium quality of the clubhouse.
In less than 9 months after getting a construction permit, the developer started works on the above-ground structure and currently, concrete is being poured into second-floor elements.
