OCTOBER GROUP and MTS Announce Partnership to Digitalize Premium Housing
At the “Dvizhenie” (Movement) forum in Sochi, OCTOBER GROUP and MTS announced a partnership in digitalization. MTS’s integrated solutions will be used to build a shared digital environment across the partner’s properties.
MTS is going to design a bespoke digital services architecture for OCTOBER GROUP’s properties, meeting the standards of premium housing. The platform will be flexible enough to adapt to the specifics of each property: from custom security and contactless-access scenarios to exclusive features available to residents through a mobile app.
“By combining our team’s experience in residential development with MTS’s technology expertise, we’re betting on a new quality of urban living. For OCTOBER GROUP, digitalization means a seamless IT infrastructure embedded in every property at the design stage, where security and access scenarios work as an integral part of the complex. The partnership with MTS gives us tools to streamline and simplify the day to day life of our residents,” said Evgeny Mezhevikin, Marketing Director at OCTOBER GROUP.
“MTS is expanding its roster of real estate partners interested in digitalizing their properties. We offer partners a comprehensive approach—from setting up connectivity on site to building operations and management solutions, along with digital services for residents.
