OCTOBER GROUP Project Wins Urban 2025 Award
Stories on Mosfilmovskaya Street received one of the most prestigious and famous development awards, Urban 2025.
OCTOBER GROUP’s project took first place in the category “Best Business-Class Residential Complex Under Construction in Moscow.” The jury particularly highlighted the architecture of the Stories estate, designed by an international firm; the apartments featuring terraces and molded glazing; the exclusive penthouses on the upper floors of the 29-story Stories Tower; and the private courtyard with multi-level landscaping. In addition, on the roof of the 11-storey Terrace House, at a height of 40 meters, the developer plans to set up a multifunctional R&R space complete with recreation areas, gyms, and an outdoor movie theater.
“The Urban award is one of the most famous and most authoritative events in development. Our win confirms the high quality and innovation of the Stories on Mosfilmovskaya Street estate,” notes Marina Malovik, co-founder of OCTOBER GROUP.
Stories on Mosfilmovskaya Street is to be commissioned in the near future, the inspectors are already working on site. Less than 20% of the units are still on sale.
